Approach

Depending on your presenting concerns and therapy capacity, you may be recommended to attend weekly or fortnightly sessions initially. An evidence-based and holistic treatment plan is individually formulated for each client based on this timeline. The rationale for this is to both reduce the symptoms of your mental health concerns, and to address the underlying root cause(s) of them. The goal at Lotus Psychology Perth is to assist you in gradually graduating from therapy once you have made your recovery to wellbeing. 

Lotus Psychology Perth employs an intensive approach to therapy. Regular attendance at sessions is an expectation of your ongoing therapy.
